Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator to provide diabetes education for our patients.  The Diabetes Nurse Educator will counsel our patients, and their families, to plan and manage nutritional/diabetic therapeutic regimens and assist with insulin dosage adjustments.
