Coping with Cancer: The Patient Navigator Program

All patients experience some level of stress associated with the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The Patient Resource Navigator Program can help you cope by connecting you to the resources you need.

The Patient Resource Navigator Program is a free, confidential service funded by Northeast Georgia Medical Center and the American Cancer Society. Further support for programs and services is provided by Glory, Hope and Life. All patients are encouraged to participate in the program to enhance their care.
