Enjoy a Sweet – and Guilt-Free – Valentine’s Day Dessert

We’re all entitled to indulge our sweet tooth every now and then – especially on Valentine’s Day. So, here’s two tasty dessert recipes from our Center for Weight Management nutritionists that are guaranteed to tickle your tastebuds, while also leaving you guilt-free.

Each recipe uses New Direction products, which our nutritionists love for their protein and vitamin-rich properties and are available at our offices.

Raspberry Vanilla Mousse
Blend New Direction vanilla shake powder with sugar-free raspberry syrup and 4-5 ounces unsweetened almond milk (or water), then freeze slightly and serve.

Chocolate Soufflé
Mix 1 packet of New Direction Chocolate Beverage/Shake, 1/2 package of Knox® Gelatin, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 5 ounces of boiling water. Pour into a small baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
