Nurse Practitioner – Dahlonega

Longstreet Clinic is hiring a nurse practitioner to join our Family Medicine office located in beautiful Dahlonega, Ga.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing age-appropriate history and physical for patients
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs
  • Prescribing appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities
  • Implementing interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of interventions.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – General Surgery

Longstreet Clinic General Surgery is recruiting a caring Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Gainesville, Ga., location. The advanced practice provider would be responsible for working alongside our physicians and APPs, or independently by facilitating compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
  • Prescribing appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.

Candidates should hold a nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in Georgia and new graduates are acceptable, though experience is a plus.
