Cancer Center begins renovations in Gainesville & Braselton

Visitor policy in Gainesville infusion suite affected

At Longstreet Clinic Cancer Center, our commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care is our priority. We want you to be aware that the Infusion Suites at Longstreet Clinic Cancer Center in our Gainesville and Braselton locations will undergo renovations in the coming weeks. To complete these upgrades in an efficient manner without interrupting patient care, some temporary changes will be in place during construction.

What to expect

  • Construction Period: Construction is underway and expected to conclude by Oct. 31, 2025.
  • Uninterrupted Care: Appointments and scheduled treatments will proceed as planned. The office will maintain its regular operating hours. If there are any changes to a specific appointment, the patient will be notified directly by staff.
  • Minimal Disruptions: The construction team will work to minimize any inconvenience, however, there may be construction sounds during business hours.
  • Your Safety is Our Priority: Safety precautions are being taken to ensure the well-being of patients and staff throughout construction.
  • Visitor Policy Changes: During construction in the Gainesville location, we will be operating with half of our normal infusion suite space. To ensure we can continue to care for all our patients, we will not have room to accommodate visitors in the infusion suite in Gainesville during this time. Upon completion of this project the visitor policy will return to normal.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during the construction.
