We also accept and file many other plans and policies. Please note that certain policies may not cover all procedures or services offered. If a you have a plan not listed above, Longstreet Clinic will still accept the plan however, based on your specific plan benefits, you may have higher copayments or out-of-pocket expenses. Always consult your insurance company representative with specific inquiries.

Payment Options

Longstreet Clinic requires payment for insurance co-payments and co-insurance at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
