Since our founding in 1995 from a merger of eight single specialty practices, Longstreet Clinic has become one of the most respected primary care and multi-specialty physician group practices in the state. Longstreet Clinic has office locations in nine northeast Georgia cities and employs over 700 people, including nearly 150 physicians and advanced practice providers who represent 20 specialties. As of February 2026, Longstreet Clinic is affiliated with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS), a non-profit health system that serves a region spanning more than 19 counties that are home to more than 1 million people.
