Longstreet Clinic has implemented a robust COVID-19 response plan following CDC recommendations around screenings, triage, use of personal protective equipment, and creating the safest environment for our patients, our staff and our providers. If you have the following symptoms, please call our office before coming in. Or message your provider via MyChart. E-visits are now available via MyChart. Click here for more information.

  • Fever of 100.4 degrees or greater
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

  3. Complete a COVID E-visit in MyChart
