Founded in 1995 with the merger of eight single specialty practices, by 2025 Longstreet Clinic had grown into one of the largest physician group practices in the state of Georgia. Today, Longstreet Clinic is affiliated with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS), a non-profit health system that serves a region spanning more than 19 counties that are home to more than 1 million people.
