About Boosters

Individuals 12 and older who originally received a Pfizer-BioNTech are eligible for a booster shot at 5 months or more after their initial 2-dose series.

Individuals 18 and older who originally received a Moderna COVID vaccine are eligible for a booster shot at 5 months or more after their initial 2-dose series.

For those who received the J&J COVID vaccine initially, booster shots are recommended for those who are 18 and older and who were vaccinated two or more months ago.

Children 5-11 who are immunocompromised are eligible for a Pfizer booster shot 5 months or more after their initial 2-dose series.

Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. Some people may have a preference for the vaccine type that they originally received and others may prefer to get a different booster. CDC recommendations now allow for this type of mix and match dosing for booster shots.

Currently, Longstreet has all three vaccines in inventory.
