COVID 19 (Coronavirus) Information

Longstreet Clinic continues to adapt to best practices regarding COVID-19 for the protection of our patients, staff and community. Latest screening protocols are available here.

For those seeking to be vaccinated, you do not have to be a current patient to receive the vaccine from us, including booster doses. If you are 12 and older, you can receive your vaccine here in the following ways:

  • Walk-in, 7 days a week, during the following hours
    • Urgent Care – Gainesville (Third Floor, 725 Jesse Jewell Pkwy SE)
      • Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
      • Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m.-Noon
  • Call 678-207-4402 and follow the prompts. You will be asked to leave a message including your name, date of birth and phone number. Our staff will call you to schedule an appointment.
  • Call your provider. If you are a current Longstreet Clinic patient eligible to receive the vaccine, you also can talk to your provider or your child’s pediatrician about being scheduled.

If you have a child age 6 month to 11, Longstreet Clinic Pediatrics will administer the vaccine. Appointments are recommended.
