Bush is newest surgeon to join The Longstreet Clinic

The Longstreet Clinic, P.C., is pleased to welcome general surgeon Geary D. Bush, M.D., to the Department of Surgery.

A native of Donalsonville, Bush completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia before earning his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his surgical internship and residency at Mercer University School of Medicine/Medical Center of Central Georgia.

Bush is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the Society of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the American Medical Association. He joins The Longstreet Clinic after practicing at Wiregrass Medical and Surgical Group in Donalsonville since 2012.

Bush has medical staff privileges at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, which has been rated Georgia’s No. 1 surgery hospital by CareChex, a healthcare ratings organization which compares data from hospitals across the nation using measures ranging from quality of care to patient safety and satisfaction.
