It is necessary that we see patients by appointment. Most of our patients are referred to us by their primary care or other personal physicians. New patient appointments are generally made by the office of the referring physician, although self-referrals are accepted. Call our main number 770-771-6916 for an appointment.
We make every effort to see each patient in a timely manner, however emergencies occur that occasionally cause delays in our schedule. Patients who arrive with their paperwork completed or who arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete their paperwork in the office will receive first priority to be seen. Patients who do not have their paperwork completed by their scheduled appointment time will be given the opportunity to reschedule their appointment.
If we have a correct address or telephone number, we will attempt to remind each patient of his appointment by e-mail or telephone as a courtesy. It is still the patient’s responsibility to remember the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please please call our office at least 48 hours in advance.
With the latest technology including EMG testing, our healthcare professionals can see your patient in a timely manner. In most cases,we can provide same-day new-patient appointments and EMG studies. Consult notes and EMG reports will be sent to referring physicians within 24 hours to allow for more timely and accurate care. We collaborate with you to provide optimum patient diagnosis and care. Dedicated physician referral line: 770-771-6917.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Neurological emergencies are serious and timely treatment is important. Do not waste valuable time trying to reach the office.
