For those seeking to be vaccinated, you do not have to be a current patient to receive the vaccine from us, including booster doses. If you are 12 and older, you can receive your vaccine here in the following ways:
- Walk-in, 7 days a week, during the following hours –
- Urgent Care – Gainesville (Third Floor, 725 Jesse Jewell Pkwy SE)
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m.-Noon
- Urgent Care – Gainesville (Third Floor, 725 Jesse Jewell Pkwy SE)
- Call 678-207-4402 and follow the prompts. You will be asked to leave a message including your name, date of birth and phone number. Our staff will call you to schedule an appointment.
- Call your provider. If you are a current Longstreet Clinic patient eligible to receive the vaccine, you also can talk to your provider or your child’s pediatrician about being scheduled.

If you are looking for a COVID-19 test, Longstreet Clinic currently conducts tests for those with an order. Call 678-207-4444. As of Dec. 29, 2021, our current drive-up testing tent hours are 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. We appreciate your patience as our team works as efficiently and diligently as possible.
